The origin of foot worship. According to some stories, Semiramis, wife of the King Nimrod was perhaps the first women to get kisses on her feet and hands as a gesture of respect and admiration.
It’s hard to believe that Semiramis feel any sexual pleasure but nevertheless is curious that it was she and not her husband who imposed this particular protocol greeting. Unfortunately historians, in order to maintain a serious point of view, seem to have no interest in knowing a little more. I mean, if Semiramis was the first woman to receive foot worship in public, it is conceivable think that the Queen of Babylon ask to her slaves some special attentions in private. Why not?
